Each artwork featured on this website is an image of an original piece of art created by one person - Rebecca Grima. None of the 2-dimensional works is a print or copy. All sculpture is a 'one of a kind' and no moulds exist for copying purposes. No sculpture is or has been used to make moulds for copying purposes. The artwork you receive will be the original.

In all cases the size of the image featured is proportional to the original. While the images of 2-dimensional works are good reproductions of the originals colour rendering of 3-dimensional works may differ some from the originals. In particular, limestone being generally monotone gives limited lee-way in regards to contrast. Image file size, (in .gif and .jpeg) has been kept small for quicker viewing; meaning that some detail and exact colour has consequently been lost. In a few cases excess cropping is also present. Individual computer hardware and monitor settings may also introduce visual variations. Images may appear darker on some system configurations.

The limestone used for the stone sculpture is from local quarries. Rust like markings are a natural characteristic of the stone. Depending on the level at which the stone was quarried, fossils (white bone like markings) can also be present. This type of stone is often from the bottom layers and generally not used for construction purposes because its hardness makes it uneconomical to cut. I prefer to use this type of stone when I can even though it is very difficult to work
